Designing a service that measures what truly matters
TAQ-YEEM wasn’t just an evaluation service—it was a mission to raise the bar on labor standards across the UAE.
TAQ-YEEM was more than just a labor evaluation service—it was a tool for accountability. My role was to ensure that the experience of using TAQ-YEEM, both for employers and employees, was clear, structured, and credible. I helped define the journey of the service user, ensuring that each interaction felt professional, transparent, and consistent across all centers.
I led the development of the service’s visual identity and branding system, creating the design and operational guides that were implemented nationwide. From signage systems to employee scripts, every touchpoint was designed to build trust and reflect government quality standards.
