Project Overview

TAD-BEER is a government-led initiative launched by the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) to regulate and manage domestic worker services under a unified, ethical, and monitored system. The centers were designed to replace unregulated brokers with professional, government-authorized facilities.

A government service model that redefined dignity and transparency.
I led TAD-BEER from concept to nationwide rollout—crafting its brand, user journey, and operational framework to set a new benchmark for domestic labor services in the UAE.

Core Mission

To establish a unified, ethical, and transparent system for domestic worker services across the UAE, replacing informal brokers with standardized government-approved service centers that prioritize rights, safety, and accountability.

“TAD-BEER wasn’t just a brand—it was a promise to create a safer, more dignified framework for domestic labor in the UAE. I was tasked with bringing humanity, clarity, and operational excellence to a deeply sensitive space.”

Redefining Domestic Labor Services in the UAE.

TAD-BEER wasn’t just a service center—it was a system overhaul. And I’m proud to have shaped its experience from the ground up.

When we set out to build TAD-BEER at MOHRE, the challenge wasn’t just operational — it was cultural. The domestic labor sector needed clarity, dignity, and structure. My role was to transform that challenge into an opportunity for innovation — through design, systems, and public trust.

I worked across every phase — from conceptualizing the customer journey and building the visual identity, to developing the center layouts, digital interface, and operational scripts used nationwide. Every touchpoint, from signage to service desk, was deliberately crafted to reflect transparency, professionalism, and care.

This wasn’t just about creating service centers — it was about reshaping how people experience domestic labor services in the UAE. Today, TAD-BEER is not only a flagship model in government service delivery, but a reflection of what happens when design and policy align.

I collaborated closely with MOHRE teams, service operators, regulatory bodies, and interior designers to ensure that every aspect of the TAD-BEER experience — from the first step inside the center to the final service transaction — felt streamlined, dignified, and reassuring. I led the creative direction for the brand identity, supervised UI design for internal digital systems, and helped shape the service environment to feel transparent and welcoming.

One of the most rewarding moments was seeing TAD-BEER become the nationwide standard, officially adopted across the UAE. It served as a reminder that when design, service, and policy come together with intention, the result is not just functional — it’s transformational.
