Full creative direction and production for KeyMavens Group's flagship waterfront residential development, from concept and CGI direction to cinematic storytelling and go-to-market strategy.

The Terraces Marasi Drive is KeyMavens Group's flagship waterfront residential development, and one of the campaigns I'm proudest of leading end-to-end. I owned the full creative process, from concept development, storyboarding, and location scouting to directing and post-production supervision, to bring the project's luxury real estate amenities and lifestyle to life.
Beyond the film, the brief covered full brand and campaign strategy: positioning, CGI direction, cinematic storytelling, investor communications, and go-to-market execution, all built to translate an off-plan waterfront concept into a buyer-ready luxury narrative.
The launch film alone crossed over 3 million views, and the project sold out in under six months.
When the tower was complete, I organised its grand opening from start to finish. It was one event, but it had to do three jobs: welcome the owners and partners, show the finished building at its best, and give the market a reason to talk about The Terraces after the night was over.
Concept, guest list and invitations, venue setup, the programme on the night, and the film that documented it, all run as one production.
I planned and managed the media and press coverage around the opening, so the launch reached buyers and the wider market, not only the guests in the room.
I selected the guest gifts and organised how they were prepared and handed over, so every guest left with something that carried the project's identity.
