Dubai's first residential-resort concept: a full brand built from zero and taken to a sell-out launch in under six months.

Montage was built as Dubai's first residential-resort concept, a positioning line, "Greater Than The Sum Of Its Parts," that had to be true in the product before it could be true in the marketing. I led the brand from a blank page: naming direction, visual identity, and a full guideline system (a Dark Green and Alabaster primary palette, with Ash Gray, Silver, Platinum, and Rose Taupe as supporting tones) so that every touchpoint, from brochure to hoarding to floor plans to digital ads, read as one coherent brand rather than a collection of separate assets.
The centerpiece of the concept is Portola, a wellness program built into the building itself: salt room, ice room, cold plunge, oxygen room. I directed the CGI and film work to sell that experience before a single wall existed, from exterior towers at dusk and day to interior show-apartment renders down to lift lobbies and bathrooms, with the wellness spaces rendered in the same cinematic lighting as the residences. That same direction carried through to the launch event film and the "Welcome to Montage" brand film that anchors the campaign above.
On the go-to-market side, I built the full sales kit alongside the creative: unit-by-unit floor plans with net, balcony, and sellable area breakdowns, a staged payment plan designed to reduce friction at reservation, and the digital marketing campaign (teaser, launch content, and paid social) that took the project from reveal to sell-out. Construction progress content, including site visits and structural milestones, kept the campaign alive well past the initial launch window, reinforcing delivery confidence for buyers who reserved off-plan.
Montage is the clearest proof point in the KeyMavens portfolio that brand and product can be designed together from day one. It's not a logo applied after the fact, but a positioning that shaped the amenities, the unit mix, and the campaign in the same breath.
