Full brand ecosystem for KeyMavens Group's engineering arm: the structural, MEP, and architectural partner behind every project in the portfolio, built from a blank page into a brand, a website, and a citywide video and lead-generation presence.

Golden Square Engineering Consultants is the engineering backbone of KeyMavens Group: the structural, MEP, and architectural partner behind Terraces Marasi Drive, Montage by KeyMavens, both Le Meryeme destinations, and every other project across the portfolio. My job was to give that work a brand and a public presence of its own, built entirely from zero.
I led the brand identity: a black and gold mark built from a grid of small squares, a wordmark in English and Arabic, and a full brand system carried across every physical touchpoint the company actually uses, from letterheads, envelopes, and business cards in gold foil and emboss finishes to site signage and branded merchandise.
I also directed the build of the company's website, gsengint.com, from the ground up: structured around the services, projects, and credibility an engineering consultancy needs to show a client before a call ever happens, with SEO and AI-search visibility built into the structure from day one instead of bolted on after launch.
From there I built out a full video production pipeline. Every completed project gets its own short film, backed by dedicated aerial drone photography and videography across the portfolio, and I direct the channel end to end: what gets filmed, how it's cut, and how it's positioned to read as one consistent body of work instead of a set of one-off clips.
That library now runs to more than twenty films on the company's own YouTube channel, with individual project videos passing 70,000 views on a channel that crossed 9,500 subscribers with no paid promotion behind it. I built the same discipline into Instagram and LinkedIn: a monthly content calendar split between project showcases, engineering expertise, and industry insight, backed by Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising plans built to turn that reach into qualified leads, not just views.
The LinkedIn company page alone pulled in over 1,000 page views and 700-plus unique visitors in three months, with the audience landing exactly where it should: contractors, construction firms, and companies with more than 10,000 employees, the actual buyers of engineering consultancy work.
The Instagram numbers back it up: profile activity up 13.6 percent and business address clicks up 800 percent month over month, entirely organic, on an account that has grown past 8,900 followers. For an engineering consultancy that used to have no public brand, no website, and no presence beyond word of mouth, Golden Square is now a company real estate investors, developers, and contractors actually search for, watch, and find.
